How do I shop at

Welcome to the Andrea Kader FAQ. 

Here you can reference our policies and frequently asked questions.

Item search:

To browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu at the top of the page or discover our selection on the homepage. To find a more specific product, use the search tool on the top right side of the page.


Product information:

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details. 


How to order:

  • From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product

  • Add the product to your Shopping Bag

  • Once you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your Shopping Bag

  • Enter your email and your shipping address

  • Select a shipping and a payment method

  • Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Purchase Now".

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our team will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email. 



Q: What countries do you ship to? A: We ship worldwide, including Costa Rica and other international destinations.

Q: Which shipping carrier do you use? A: We use Correos de Costa Rica and Uber for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments.

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the package. Shipments in Costa Rica are free and international shipments are $35. You can get an accurate shipping cost estimate by adding the desired items to your cart and entering your shipping address during the checkout process.

Q: How long does shipping take? A: Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically between 3 to 7 business days for international shipments. However, please note that actual delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the DHL website.

Product Care:

Q: How should I wash the upcycled pieces? A: We recommend following the care instructions provided with each item. In general, we suggest hand washing the pieces in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals that may damage the upcycled materials. It is also advisable to air dry the items to prevent any shrinkage or damage caused by high heat.

Q: Are the upcycled materials durable? A: Yes, we take pride in creating high-quality pieces using upcycled materials. While each item may have unique characteristics due to the nature of upcycling, they are designed to be durable and withstand regular use. However, it's important to follow the care instructions provided to maintain their longevity.

Returns and Exchanges:

Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, or any concerns you may have. Please note that certain conditions may apply, so it's important to review our full return policy on our website.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: If you need to return or exchange an item due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you wish to return an item for personal reasons or if you ordered the wrong size/color, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees.
