Return Policy

Due to our limited stock and small production runs we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, we do offer an exchange for store credit policy. The exchange must be made in the 10  business days after the delivery date of your purchase to receive store credit. 

To be eligible for the exchange for store credit, the purchased  item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that it was delivered, have all tags  and be in the original packaging. 

Non-exchangable items:

• Items on sale

• Items purchased with a gift card

How to apply the exchange for store credit:

1. Send an email to info@andreakader.com with the details of the exchange, why you want to change the purchased  item(s). Attach the receipt or proof of purchase to the email.

2. We will provide a shipping address and label to return the item(s). You must ship the item(s) within the 10 business days from the delivery date of your package. After the 10 days have passed we unfortunately can’t comply with the exchange for store credit policy.

3. Once your product has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the approval or rejection of the exchange. If an approval has been issued, a personalized code for store credit will be sent in the email.
